We've noticed that you probably have turned javascript off. The PM site is in most parts designed for (at least) JavaScript1.1 compliant browsers, so there is a benefit keeping the script function enabled.

For now, we would suggest that you either go to

the ToC for modern browsers or to
the Swedish ToC for modern browsers or to
the ToC for browsers from the 90's.
