I've noticed that you probably have turned javascript off. The PM site is in most parts designed for (at least) JavaScript1.1 compliant browsers, so there is a benefit keeping the script function enabled.

For now, I would suggest that you either go to

the ToC for modern browsers or to
the ToC for browsers from the 90's.
